THE BIKE SHOP (LEEDS) Ltd.,is a family owned business which was formed in 2004 by Janine and Richard Crawford.Prior to opening the shop they had both been involved in running a large cycle store in Nottingham.By offering great value for money and exceptional customer service they helped to develop the Nottingham store into the biggest independently owned Raleigh dealership in the country and one of the largest suppliers of cycles to the insurance replacement industry.

Wayne,Jack,Chris,Peter and Nick complete the team which jointly has over 100 years of cycling and cycle industry experience.

Mechanic Jack is a distinguished road racer who has ridden in the milk race and worked as a British team mechanic all over Europe.He holds a record for cycling from Leeds (Seacroft) to Scarborough in under 2 hours,try it yourself!

During the 2005 Haro BMX tour of Britain,BMX enthusiast Wayne was asked to build up a new bike for world famous rider Ryan Nyquist -who was performing at The Works BMX and Skate Park - and in doing so fullfield a life long dream.
